Synstar Acquisition
2004
- Autumn of 2004 HP acquired Synstar plc with 2600 employees in 7 European countries.
- The former Synstar companies become a wholly-owned legal subsidiary of HP: “CDS, an HP Company”.

Integration and Development
2007 - 2011
- Divestiture of non-core activities.
- Creation of additional CDS entities across Europe.
- Integration with HP Field Engineering.

Growth & HP Separation
2011 - 2017
- CDS grew to 5000+ staff across Europe, prior to the HP company separation.
- CDS remained part of Hewlett Packard Enterprise with focus on Enterprise Data Centre Technologies (Compute, Storage, Networking, High Performance Compute, and Multivendor Services).
