  1. Synstar and acquisition

    Synstar Acquisition

    2004
    • Autumn of 2004 HP acquired Synstar plc with 2600 employees in 7 European countries.
    • The former Synstar companies become a wholly-owned legal subsidiary of HP: “CDS, an HP Company”.

  2. Integration and Development

    2007 - 2011
    • Divestiture of non-core activities.
    • Creation of additional CDS entities across Europe.
    • Integration with HP Field Engineering.

  3. Diversidication and chapter 2

    Growth & HP Separation

    2011 - 2017
    • CDS grew to 5000+ staff across Europe, prior to the HP company separation.
    • CDS remained part of Hewlett Packard Enterprise with focus on Enterprise Data Centre Technologies (Compute, Storage, Networking, High Performance Compute, and Multivendor Services).

  4. Diversification across HPE

    2018 - Today
    • Continuous development of Field Engineering and Technical Services for HPE.
    • Broad diversification of Services across all HPE Business Units.
    • Launch and growth of CDS Bulgaria as a Remote Services Hub.
