We are looking for three Technical Field Engineers according to the follow description.

The job is located in Frankfurt and the workplace type is mobile.

Technical Profile Description:

•  Experience with Server and Storage Break and Fix, Installation and Maintaince. You give the service a face and represent our company at the customer site

• Sensitive and business-critical situations in the IT environment do not worry you, rather you confidently take over the installations, configurations and repairs of IT systems on site

• Your quality compass always points you in the right direction and helps you to adhere to processes and meet customer needs

• You enjoy the regular exchange with the internal technical departments

• You will continuously develop yourself in the support of IT systems, up to the support of complex IT solutions.

• The participation in the on-call duty and in weekend services is no hurdle for you

If you...

• During your studies or training, everything revolved around the topic of IT and technology

• You have already gained initial experience in IT support or as a technician

• You will convince us if you are service-oriented and always keep an eye on the customer and his concerns.

• You are an adventurer who likes to be on the road. Of course you need a class B driver's license for your journey.

• Excellent communication skills in German and English round off your profile

Other needs: 

• Structured, process-oriented and independent way of working

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and good knowledge of English
